Ashraya Kudumbashree unit of Kadamakudy village since 1998 is an active organization of small scale business and social oriented service and works. It is formed around the central themes of poverty eradication and women empowerment,. Ashraya has several programs like collective farming, livestock farming, marketing enterprises etc . They get micro finance assistance from government and NGO's which helps them to undertake micro projects.
